Do you provide the alcohol?
That depends on the type of service you choose. For licensed venues, we can operate as a guest-paid bar and supply the alcohol. For private property events, the client supplies the alcohol and our team serves it.
Can we set a bar tab?
Yes. We offer tab-based service, where drinks are supplied and served up to your chosen tab limit.
What happens when the tab limit is reached?
The tab can be extended on the day with client authorisation. A final reconciliation will be completed after the event, and any balance owing or refund will be settled accordingly.
Do we need a liquor licence for the event?
If the event is taking place at a licensed venue and drinks will be sold to guests, a valid liquor licence must be in place. For private property events where the client supplies the alcohol, our team will serve only and will not sell alcohol.
Can the mobile bar be set up indoors or outdoors?
Yes, the service can be set up for both indoor and outdoor events, depending on the venue and access requirements.
