Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
All bookings are subject to:
- availability
- confirmation by Roof Garden Bar
- acceptance of any quote, booking form, invoice or service terms
- payment of any required deposit or booking amount
Roof Garden Bar reserves the right to decline a booking request where necessary.
Services
Roof Garden Bar may offer services including:
- venue hire
- weddings
- private celebrations
- corporate events
- public events
- mobile bar hire
- décor hire
- event-related extras
Specific pricing, inclusions, exclusions, timelines, staffing, setup requirements and cancellation terms may vary depending on the service and will be confirmed separately in the relevant quote, invoice, booking form or agreement.
Ticket sales
Where tickets are sold for public events through this website or a connected ticketing platform:
- tickets are subject to availability
- all ticket sales are final and non-refundable
- tickets may not be exchanged for cash
- event details may change where reasonably necessary
- additional event-specific or third-party ticketing terms may apply
- entry may be refused where proof of purchase is invalid, incomplete, duplicated or altered
- no under 18s will be permitted entry to events where this restriction applies
- no outside drinks may be brought into the event
- Roof Garden Bar reserves the right of admission
If a ticket holder can no longer attend, they may pass their ticket on to someone else, provided a valid ticket is presented for entry. Roof Garden Bar is not responsible for private ticket transfers between individuals.
If an event is cancelled or postponed by Roof Garden Bar or the event organiser, ticket holders will be notified of the next steps. Where applicable, tickets may be transferred to the new date or a credit may be issued for a future event.
If a third-party ticketing provider is used, that provider’s terms will also apply to the ticket purchase process.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website or in marketing material may change until confirmed in writing.
Unless clearly stated otherwise:
- quotes are valid only for the period stated in the quote
- bookings may require a deposit to secure the date
- final balances may be due before the event or service date
- some prices may exclude VAT, delivery, setup, staffing or other event-specific charges
Venue hire bookings may require a deposit or booking payment to secure the date, with the balance payable in line with the relevant quote, booking form or agreement.
Mobile bar hire bookings may require a deposit or booking payment to secure the service.

Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change terms may differ depending on the type of booking, service or event.

Any refund, credit or fee adjustment will be subject to the terms set out in the relevant booking form, quote, invoice, service agreement or ticketing terms.
Your responsibilities for bookings and hire services
Where you are booking a venue, hiring décor, hiring a mobile bar, or hosting an event through Roof Garden Bar, you are responsible for making sure that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Where relevant, you are also responsible for:
- providing correct event details
- making sure the venue or site is accessible for setup and collection
- obtaining any permissions, licences or approvals needed for your event, unless we have agreed in writing to handle them
- complying with any event-specific terms shared by Roof Garden Bar
Third-party services
This website may use or link to third-party tools and platforms, including:
- payment providers
- ticketing platforms
- social media platforms
- analytics and advertising tools
We are not responsible for the availability, content or terms of those third-party services. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
